We want you to feel confident in your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a size exchange, a store credit with a bonus top-up, or a refund to your original payment method.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Quality Check and Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
